First YOGA FESTSPIELE ERL with Mother Earth founder Bhajan Jeff

Creative sound baths, children's yoga, piano music, cold bathing and a herbal workshop complete the yoga festival on June 15 and 16 in Tyrol.

Erl, Tyrol, May 27, 2024 - The first YOGA FESTSPIELE ERL will transform the Premierenhaus in Erl into a place of relaxation, energy and inspiration on June 15 and 16, 2024. With their events, the top-class national and international artists, instructors and yoga teachers will turn the weekend in picturesque Tyrol into an unforgettable journey into the world of yoga and sound therapy for visitors. The renowned Mother Earth founder and sound therapy master Bhajan Jeff from Malaysia will also be there. The Yoga Festival in Erl offers a wide range of yoga styles and techniques for all levels of experience and ages. There is even yoga and a sound bath for children. 
“As the oldest Passion Play venue in the German-speaking world, Erl can look back on 400 years of festival tradition. I am delighted that we are able to hold the Yoga Festival at this special location,” says Moni Haunholder, yoga teacher and organizer of the Erl Yoga Festival. Eszter Jopp, founder of the Klangschale Akademie and co-organizer of the festival adds: “Our diverse programme includes sporting and health-promoting content, creative sound baths for families, energizing inside flow yoga sessions and profound satsang chants. The Piano x Yin Yoga and the unique gong and sound baths with Bhajan Jeff, founder of the Mother Earth Sound Academy, promise special moments.”

Flow into your inner rhythm through movement and breathing.
•  18:30 - 20:30: Mantra singing & sound bath with Bhajan Jeff & Kirtana Cerline
Immerse yourself in the healing sounds and chants.

•  10:00 - 11:30 a.m.: Breathwork & cold bathing with Markus Terra
Strengthen body and mind through the power of breath and cold.
•  14:00 - 15:45: Inside Flow & sound bath with Monika Haunholder & Bhajan Jeff
A harmonious combination of yoga flow and sound energy.
•  16:00 - 18:00: Arm balance workshop with Noah Frehmann
Finding challenge and balance in demanding yoga positions.
•  18:00 - 20:00: Piano x Yin with Noah Frehmann
Deep relaxation through the combination of Yin Yoga and piano music.

 

Free 30-minute sound massages can be booked on both days from 10:00 - 17:00.

Bhajan Jeff and Kirtana Cerline: The founders of the Mother Earth Sound Academy are dedicated to promoting healing and spiritual growth through singing bowls.
