Activating your self-healing powers with singing bowls (day course)

UPDATE: There will only be the sound bath in the evening Bhajan Jeff. The day course (from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.) has been cancelled for June 22nd.

Course content

• How singing bowls work: Understand how singing bowls work and why they have such a profound effect on the body and mind.
• Handling singing bowls: Learn the correct technique to use singing bowls effectively.
• Background knowledge : Learn the history and scientific basis behind sound therapy.
• Practical Application: Practice using a bowl to work on yourself to promote relaxation and healing.

Price

The course costs €206 per participant and includes an additional 1-hour sound bath with gongs and singing bowls from master and Mother Earth founder Bhajan Jeff.

• Prerequisites: No prerequisites required.
• Mother Earth singing bowls will be provided for the course. However, you are welcome to bring your own singing bowl.
• This course is mostly held in English.
• The course takes place at Nelum Yoga (5min north of Freilassing, 20min from Salzburg)
